Director, ITC Giving www.itcclassics.co.uk/itcgiving Donna resigned from her role as a private banker in 2010 in order to pursue a career with a focus on responsibility and sustainability. She approached Chester-based luxury operator ITC Classics with the idea of introducing short-term volunteer experiences. In April 2011, ITC Giving was established, working closely with an organisation called People & Places to launch programmes in six destinations: Saint Lucia, Peru, Morocco, Thailand, South Africa and India. In Saint Lucia, ITC clients can help conserve the island’s natural environment while working alongside disadvantaged local youngsters. | |
